European Under 23 Fencing Championships

Debuts in the new Province of Monza e Brianza, from 9 th to 11 th May, European Fencing Championship Under 23, open to athletes from all over Europe.
Once again the Palacandy Monza is the setting of a prestigious sporting event, in which hundreds of athletes compete, to win the six continental titles at stake and where the most promising young people can find a real international limelight.
Thus a new discipline enters the carnet proposals sporting calendar Brianza: further confirmation that the new Province MB is growing devoting particular attention to young people and sport.
The Brianza can offer quality sports facilities, capable of attracting fans of various sports and in this sense has great significance for Monza and for the entire host the first edition of the championship devoted to fencing. One sport from ancient origins, sometimes just practiced, which is sweeping our country in an increasingly broad audience. A proof that Monza is not only the city of Formula One, but is able to accommodate many other sporting events.
I am pleased all the young athletes who will arrive in Brianza at the First European Championship Under 23 Fencing Di and I thank the club Brianzascherma, for the work of promotion of this noble discipline.
